Project Background
This project involves the installation of a 12000 BPH vodka filling production line for a beverage manufacturer located in Semarang, Indonesia.
The customer produces alcoholic beverages for the local market and required a reliable and high-speed bottling solution for glass bottles.
Compared with water filling systems, alcohol filling lines require higher precision and stable bottle handling, especially when working with glass containers.
To meet these requirements, the customer selected a 5-in-1 monoblock filling system designed specifically for spirit bottling applications such as vodka.
The system ensures efficient production while maintaining product quality and packaging consistency.
Equipment Configuration
The vodka bottling line is centered around a 5-in-1 monoblock filling system designed for glass bottle filling.
5-in-1 Monoblock Glass Bottle Filling Machine
The 5-in-1 monoblock system integrates multiple processes into a single compact machine.
The system includes:
Bottle rinsing
Vodka filling
3 types Aluminum cap placing
This integrated design significantly improves production efficiency and reduces space requirements for the production line.
Production Process
The vodka bottling process includes the following steps:
1️⃣ Empty glass bottles are transported into the rinsing station.
2️⃣ Bottles are cleaned to ensure hygiene before filling.
3️⃣ Vodka is filled into each bottle with precise volume control.
4️⃣ Aluminum caps are placed and sealed automatically.
5️⃣ Finished bottles are transferred to the downstream packaging system.
