Project Background
This project is a 12000 BPH bottled water filling line installed for a bottled drinking water manufacturer located in Bogor, Indonesia.
The customer supplies bottled drinking water to regional distributors and retail markets. With the rapid growth of the bottled water market in Indonesia, the factory required a stable and efficient production line to increase output capacity.
To improve production efficiency and maintain consistent product quality, the customer installed a fully automatic water filling production line designed for 600ml PET bottles.
The new system provides reliable operation and helps the customer expand their bottled water production capacity.
Production Line Equipment
The bottled water production line includes several key systems designed for high efficiency and stable production.
Air Conveyor System
The air conveyor system transports empty PET bottles from the bottle blowing machine to the filling machine.
The system uses high-speed airflow to move bottles smoothly and efficiently.

3-in-1 Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
The 3-in-1 filling machine is the core equipment of the water bottling line.
This integrated system combines:

The design improves production efficiency and reduces the overall footprint of the production line.

Dynamic Conveyor Buffer System
The dynamic conveyor buffer system is used to balance bottle flow between different machines in the production line.
When upstream or downstream equipment temporarily slows down, the buffer system stores bottles temporarily to prevent production interruptions.

OPP Labeling Machine
The OPP labeling machine applies roll film labels to PET bottles using hot melt glue technology.

Production Process
The bottled water production process in this project includes the following steps:
1️⃣ Empty PET bottles are transported through the air conveyor system.
2️⃣ Bottles enter the 3-in-1 rinsing, filling and capping machine where they are cleaned, filled with drinking water and sealed.
3️⃣ Filled bottles move through the dynamic conveyor buffer system to maintain stable production flow.
4️⃣ Bottles are labeled automatically by the OPP labeling machine.
5️⃣ Finished bottles are transferred to the downstream packaging system.
Installation and Commissioning
The installation and commissioning of the production line were completed by our local engineer team in Indonesia.
