Project Background
This project involves the installation of a 12000 BPH PET bottle blowing machine for a bottled water manufacturer located in Buahbatu.
The customer operates a bottled drinking water factory and required a reliable solution for producing 220ml PET bottles used in their bottled water production line.
Previously, the factory relied on external bottle suppliers, which increased packaging costs and caused supply instability. To improve production efficiency and reduce bottle purchasing costs, the customer decided to install an automatic PET bottle blowing system.
The new bottle blowing machine allows the factory to produce bottles directly inside the plant, improving production flexibility and reducing logistics costs.
Equipment Configuration
The bottle production system includes the following main equipment.

The automatic PET bottle blowing machine is designed for high-speed production of PET bottles used in bottled water packaging.
The system converts PET preforms into finished bottles using high-pressure air and heating technology.

Air Conveyor System
After the bottles are produced, the air conveyor system transports empty PET bottles directly to the water filling machine.
The air conveyor uses controlled airflow to move bottles efficiently while preventing bottle deformation.

Efficient integration with the filling line

Bottle Production Process
The PET bottle production process includes the following steps:
1️⃣ PET preforms are loaded into the blowing machine.
2️⃣ The preforms are heated evenly inside the heating oven.
3️⃣ Heated preforms are transferred to the blowing molds.
4️⃣ High-pressure air expands the preforms into finished PET bottles.
5️⃣ Finished bottles are transported through the air conveyor system to the water filling line.
Installation and Commissioning
The bottle blowing machine was installed and commissioned by our local engineer team in Indonesia.
