Project Background
This project is a 12000 BPH bottled water filling line installed for a bottled water manufacturer located in Bawen.
The customer supplies bottled drinking water to local supermarkets, retail stores and regional distributors. With increasing market demand, the existing production capacity could no longer meet the required output.
To expand production and improve packaging efficiency, the customer decided to install a fully automatic 12000 bottles per hour water filling line for 600ml PET bottles.
The new production line allows the factory to achieve higher production capacity, improved operational stability and consistent product quality.
Production Line Configuration
The bottled water production line includes several key machines and systems designed for efficient and stable operation.
Air Conveyor System
The air conveyor system is used to transport empty PET bottles from the bottle blowing machine to the water filling machine.
This system uses high-speed airflow to move bottles smoothly while preventing bottle deformation or damage.

3-in-1 Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
The 3-in-1 water filling machine is the core equipment of the bottled water production line.
It integrates three processes in one compact system:
Bottle rinsing
Water filling
Bottle capping
This integrated design helps improve production efficiency and reduces the overall footprint of the production line.
The filling machine is suitable for high-speed bottled water production using PET bottles.

Linear Labeling Machine
After filling and capping, bottles enter the automatic linear labeling machine.
This machine applies self-adhesive labels to PET bottles with high precision and stable operation.

Accurate label positioning
Stable labeling performance
Easy adjustment for different bottle sizes

Production Process
The bottled water production process in this project includes the following steps:
1️⃣ Empty bottles are transported from the bottle blowing machine to the filling system through the air conveyor.
2️⃣ Bottles enter the 3-in-1 rinsing, filling and capping machine, where they are cleaned, filled with drinking water and sealed with caps.
3️⃣ Filled bottles are transferred through the conveyor system to the labeling machine.
4️⃣ The linear labeling machine automatically applies product labels to each bottle.
5️⃣ Labeled bottles are then transported to the downstream packing system.
Installation and Commissioning
The installation and commissioning of the water filling line were completed by our local engineer team in Indonesia.

Production testing
After commissioning, the water filling line achieved stable operation at the design capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour.
