Project Background
This project is a 1000 BPH 15L bottled water filling production line installed in Padalarang.
The customer is a local drinking water supplier producing large-capacity bottled water for offices, restaurants, and regional distributors.
Due to the increasing demand for large-volume drinking water, the customer decided to upgrade the existing production system with a fully automated water filling line.
Production Line Configuration
PET Bottle Blowing Machine
The bottle blowing machine converts PET preforms into 15L PET bottles through heating and high-pressure compressed air.
3-in-1 Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
This machine integrates bottle rinsing, filling and capping into one unit to ensure hygienic water production.
OPP Labeling Machine
The OPP labeling machine applies roll film labels using hot melt glue technology.
Production Process
1 PET preforms are blown into bottles
2 Bottles are rinsed and filled with purified water
3 Bottles are sealed with caps
4 Bottles are labeled automatically
Installation and Commissioning
Our local engineer team in Indonesia completed the installation and commissioning of the production line.
After installation the system achieved stable operation and improved production efficiency.
